1/ Editorial board

The editorial board is the journal’s decision-making body as it plans, carries and stands responsible for all the decisions. It meets twice a year. It is open to members of the academic community. The editorial board co-opts its members and chosen according to their scientific expertise encompassed by the journal’s disciplinary areas. The members of the editorial board have a three-year renewable tenure.

The editorial board is responsible for:

· Defining the editorial and scientific policy of the journal

· Appointing new committee members

· Developing the rules and regulations of the journal

· Selecting the themes

· Evaluating the articles through the supervision of the evaluation process conducted by the editors

· Contributing to the promotion of the journal.

·

The editorial board is in charge of all the policy, administrative, editorial and scientific questions dealing with the journal.

The editorial board can call for guest editors coordinating thematic issues to take part in meetings or parts of meetings dedicated to the publication of these specific issues

2/ Scientific committee

The editorial board appoints the members of the scientific committee. They are chosen according to their scientific expertise, for a renewable six-year tenure.

The primary functions of the scientific committee are

• To approve the editorial and scientific policy of the editorial board.
• To provide scientific caution
• To recommend themes
• To promote the journal
